On 30^th of July there is the 13^th edition Gala Tour de France. This happening is at Luxembourg city. Yesterday was the presentation of the new race-track. Instead of the rapid path on the Avenue de la Liberté there is a new road with the narrow streets, sharp bends and some slopes.

The reaction of the professional riders was negative. Andy: “I expect that professional cyclists as we will take less risk and preferred to run reluctant." Also Frank wasn’t happy: “because you can easily fall on the sharp bends and the slippery streets will it be a catastrophe in bad weather”. The opinion of Kim Kirchen is: “In the rain it won’t be possible to ride on the road”. At this moment the organisation has in collaboration with Luxembourg city and Dexia BIL a new plan.

Despite of the unhappiness about the new road are the brothers looking forward to the Gala TdF. Frank: “it’s important for the children and youth, in Luxembourg there is a need for successors at cycling.” Andy hopes for a big party as last year: “it’s was as a second national holiday.
